Wir sind eine gayfriendly Männer-WG in einer ruhigen und zentral gelegenen 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Oerlikon. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Oerlikon Ost und nur wenige Schritte von der Tramhaltestelle Leutschenbach entfernt (Linien 10 und 11).

**Details zur Wohnung:**
Die 2 zu vermietenden Zimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und im 1. Stock. Wir haben eine schöne Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten, ideal zum Entspannen.
Regal und Kommode vorhanden (wenn gewünscht).

Ab Feb. 2026.

**Wichtige Infos:**
Nichtraucherwohnung.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Nous sommes une colocation masculine dans un appartement de 4,5 pièces calme et central à Oerlikon. L'appartement se trouve à proximité de la gare Oerlikon Ost et à quelques pas de l'arrêt de tramway Leutschenbach (lignes 10 et 11).

- Les 2 chambres à louer se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et le première etage.
- Nous avons une belle terrasse avec un petit jardin, idéal pour se détendre.

- We have a nice terrace with a small garden, ideal for relaxing.
