Wir sind Leander und Roy, beide HSG-Studenten einer im Master, der andere im letzten Semester des Bachelors und suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG.

Bei uns herrscht ein unkomplizierter und entspannter Umgang. Uns ist ein angenehmes und respektvolles Zusammenleben wichtig: Man kann sich gerne austauschen oder gemeinsam etwas unternehmen, gleichzeitig hat aber jeder genügend Freiraum für sich.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt rund 90 m² gross und verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche inklusive Geschirrspüler. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt CHF 610 pro Monat.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral: Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Linsebühlstrasse 14, 9000 St. Gallen, direkt am Rand der Altstadt und neben der Kantonsschule am Burggraben. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Zu Fuss erreicht man die Universität in etwa 1520 Minuten, den Marktplatz in rund 3 Minuten und den Bahnhof in weniger als 10 Minuten.

We are Leander and Roy, both HSG students one currently doing his Master's and the other in the final semester of his Bachelor's and we are looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment.

The atmosphere in our flat is relaxed and easy-going. We value a friendly and respectful living environment: we enjoy having a chat or occasionally doing things together, while at the same time everyone has plenty of space and privacy.

The apartment offers around 90 m² of living space and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The rent for the room is CHF 610 per month.

The location is excellent: the flat is located at Linsebühlstrasse 14, 9000 St. Gallen, right on the edge of the old town and next to the Kantonsschule am Burggraben. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building. The university can be reached on foot in around 1520 minutes, the Marktplatz in about 3 minutes, and the main train station in less than 10 minutes.
