Ich vermiete meine helle und grosszügige 3.5-Zimmer-Dachwohnung in Zürich-Oerlikon aufgrund einer vorübergehenden beruflichen Tätigkeit ausserhalb von Zürich befristet von Mitte Dezember 2026 bis Ende September 2027.

Die Wohnung hat 72 m² und befindet sich im 3. Stock (Dachstock). Sie verfügt über helle, hohe Räume, Parkettboden und einen modernen Ausbaustandard (2018). Küche und Bad sind modern ausgebaut und vollständig ausgestattet. Ein Wasch-Trockner-Kombigerät befindet sich direkt in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung wird weitgehend möbliert vermietet. Neben dem Schlafzimmer und dem grosszügigen Wohn-/Essbereich steht ein weiteres, unmöbliertes Zimmer zur Verfügung, das flexibel als Homeoffice, Arbeits- oder Gästezimmer genutzt und entsprechend eingerichtet werden kann.

**Lage**
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier in Zürich-Oerlikon (8050), mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Bahnhof Oerlikon (mit Bus ca. 3min), Zürich HB (mit Tram ca. 13min) und Flughafen Zürich (mit Tram ca. 15min) sind gut erreichbar.

Gleichzeitig befinden sich verschiedene Grünflächen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Irchelpark und der Wald (Zürichberg) sind schnell erreichbar, und direkt gegenüber liegt eine grosse Wiese.

**Wen suche ich?**
Da ich die Wohnung nach meiner Rückkehr wieder selbst bewohnen werde, ist mir ein sorgfältiger und respektvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung, den Möbeln und der Einrichtung besonders wichtig. Ich suche eine zuverlässige Person, die sich während der Untermiete hier zuhause fühlt und entsprechend Sorge zur Wohnung trägt.

Ich suche vorzugsweise eine berufstätige Einzelperson.

Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

**Furnished, bright 3.5-room attic apartment in Zurich for temporary sublet, December 2026 to September 2027**

I am subletting my bright and spacious 3.5-room attic apartment in Zurich-Oerlikon (8050) due to a temporary professional position outside of Zurich, from mid-December 2026 until the end of September 2027.

The apartment is 72 m² and is located on the 3rd floor (attic floor). It features bright, high-ceilinged rooms, parquet flooring, and a modern standard of finish (2018). The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equipped. A washer-dryer combination unit is located directly in the apartment.

The apartment is rented largely furnished. In addition to the bedroom and the spacious living/dining area, there is another unfurnished room available, which can be flexibly used and furnished as a home office, study, or guest room.

**Location**
The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Zurich-Oerlikon (8050), with very good public transport connections. Oerlikon train station (approx. 3 minutes by bus), Zurich main station (approx. 13 minutes by tram), and Zurich Airport (approx. 15 minutes by tram) are easily accessible.

At the same time, various green spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. Irchel Park and the forest (Zurichberg) are within easy reach, and there is a large meadow directly opposite the apartment.

**Who am I looking for?**
As I will be living in the apartment myself again after my return, it is particularly important to me that the apartment, furniture, and furnishings are treated with care and respect. I am looking for a reliable person who feels at home here during the sublet and takes appropriate care of the apartment.

I am preferably looking for a single working professional.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
