In unserer 3er-WG im Breitenrain wird von Mitte Januar bis Mitte September ein Zimmer frei aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts. Bei Bedarf kann die Dauer flexibel von Dezember oder bis Ende September verlängert werden. Die Miete beträgt inklusive Nebenkosten 612.50 Fr. pro Monat.

Lage
Ruhige Umgebung und in 10min mit dem Tram oder Bus zum Hauptbahnhof (3 Haltestellen in der Nähe) sowie mit dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof/Stadtzentrum/HKB in unter 10min. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe in 3min zu Fuss und rund 5min bis zum Breitenrainplatz.

...Nina (25, sie/ihr), Psychologiestudentin im Master, und ich vermiete mein Zimmer während meinem Austauschsemester und einer anschliessenden Reise unter. Ich bin sehr unkompliziert und wir können gerne gemeinsam besprechen, wie wir deinen Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm gestalten können
...Marichka (35, sie/ihr), Schauspielerin. Ich habe gerade mein Studium abgeschlossen und bin momentan vor allem mit verschiedenen beruflichen Sachen beschäftigt. Ich bin offen und aufgeschlossen, gegenseitiger Respekt und ein ordentliches Zuhause sind mir wichtig und ich schätze eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre, in der jede:r seinen eigenen Raum und Rhythmus haben kann.
...Joscha (29, er/ihm): Ich habe kürzlich mein Studium in den Sozialwissenschaften abgeschlossen und fange anfangs November eine neue Stelle als Sozialarbeiter an. Ich bin des Öfteren Unterwegs aber sonst immer offen, um sich auszutauschen, für spannende Diskussionen oder etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen. Mir ist aber auch wichtig, dass sich alle Wohlfühlen und dass man sich auch zurückziehen kann. Ich werde jedoch vermutlich Anfangs nächstes Jahr ausziehen, wann genau ist noch nicht klar.

In our three-person shared apartment located in Breitenrain, a room will be available from mid-January through mid-September due to a stay abroad. If needed, the rental period can be flexibly extended from December or until the end of September. The total rent, including utilities, is 612.50 Fr. per month.

We are renting out:
Room in a shared apartment (both fully equipped), 2nd floor
Shared living room
Two bathrooms (1 with a toilet and sink, and 1 with a bathtub and two sinks, meaning one sink with a mirror cabinet per person)
Large laundry room
Bike storage room & outdoor parking space for bikes
Basement storage unit
Completely renovated balcony (will be redecorated in the spring)

Location
Quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute tram or bus ride to the main train station (3 stops nearby), and less than 10 minutes by bike to the train station, city center, and HKB. Many shopping options nearby, just a 3-minute walk away and it's about a 5-minute walk to Breitenrainplatz.

About us:
We are...
...Nina (25, she/her), a master's student in psychology, and I'm renting out my room while I'm away for an exchange semester and a subsequent trip. I'm very easygoing, and will be happy to discuss how we can make your stay as pleasant as possible
...Marichka (35, she/her), actress. I recently finished my studies, so at the moment I'm mostly occupied with profession-related stuff. I'm open-minded and friendly, mutual respect and a tidy home are important to me, and I appreciate a calm, relaxed atmosphere where everyone has their own space and rhythm.
...Joscha (29, he/him): I recently finished my degree in social sciences and am starting a new job as a social worker at the beginning of November. I'm often out and about, but otherwise I'm always up for a chat, interesting discussions or doing something together. It's also important to me that everyone feels comfortable and that people can take some time to themselves. I'll probably be moving out early next year, though exactly when isn't clear yet.
