Der Bahnhof Selnau mit den S-Bahnlinien S4 und S10 in Richtung Zürich HB ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Tramhaltestelle Zürich Selnau mit Verbindungen ans Bellevue bzw. an den Bahnhof Stadelhofen ist ebenfalls bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die nächste Migros-Filiale (offen von montags bis sonntags) erreichst du in nur 5 Gehminuten. Vor dem Haus befinden sich verschiedene Parkplatzmöglichkeiten (blaue und weisse Zonen).

- Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen table, glass ceramic stove, oven with steam function, and dishwasher

- Fully equipped roof terrace for your exclusive use (see picture)
- Washing machine/dryer for your exclusive use
- Storage space for your bicycle

The nearest Migros supermarket (open Monday to Sunday) is just a 5-minute walk away. There are various parking options in front of the building (blue and white zones).
