Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und Sie können hier sehr einfach einziehen.

The current renter is abroad for several month. The apartment can be sub-rented for either 3 month or for a longer time periode. The current renter is flexible concerning the exact arrangement. As the apartment is fully furnished its very easy to move in here.
