The bus stops for lines 60 + 62, the school, the kindergarten and a grocery store/farm shop are only a few minutes' walk away. The room program includes an open living/dining area with a modern kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and another room and an attic room in the attic. In the basement there is the technical/laundry room with washing machine, a cellar and a garage. Outside there is a garden, a large veranda and up to three parking spaces in front of the garage.
