Die Wohnung ist 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Baar entfernt, von dort sind es 50 Minuten Zugfahrt zum Flughafen Zürich. Es ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Migros, Coop, Aldi und Denner.

Dieses Zimmer ist ideal geeignet für eine reife berufstätige Person, die in Baar, Steinhausen oder Zug arbeitet. Sie würden mit mir leben; eine 41yo Vollzeit erwerbstätige Frau. Dies ist kein Partyhaus, und das ganze Wohnhaus ist nach 22 Uhr ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist 90sqm. Das verfügbare Zimmer ist 10qm gross und enthält ein 120cm breites Bett mit Bettlaken und Bettdecke, einen kleinen Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl, kleine Schubladen, Kleiderbügel und Sony Bravia TV. Sie können Fotos des Zimmers in unserer Anzeige sehen, alles, was Sie auf den Fotos sehen, ist inbegriffen. Ein Parkplatz abseits der Straße ist derzeit verfügbar für eine zusätzliche Gebühr.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. April verfügbar. Sie können sich bei uns offiziell in der am niedrigsten besteuerten Gemeinde (Baar) im am niedrigsten besteuerten Kanton (Zug) der Schweiz anmelden.

In central Baar I offer a very quiet, clean, comfortable, fully furnished room for a mature aged professional. It would be your home away from home.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk from Baar train station, from there it is 50 minutes train ride to Zurich Airport. I am 10 minutes walk from Migros, Coop, Aldi and Denner.

This room is ideally suited for a mature professional person working in Baar, Steinhausen or Zug. You would be living with me; a 41yo full time employed female. This is not a party house, and the whole apartment building is quiet after 10pm.

The apartment is 90sqm. Your room is 10sqm and contains a 120cm wide bed with sheets and duvet, a small desk and office chair, small drawers, clothes hanger and Sony Bravia TV. Photos of the room are shown in our advertisement, everything you see in the photos is included. An off street allocated parking space is currently available at additional cost.

The room is available from 1st of April. You can officially register your address with us in the lowest taxed municipality (Baar) in the lowest taxed canton (Zug) in Switzerland.
