Hey everyone! We're looking for a nice and chill roommate to join our flat in the amazing Enge area, available until January 2026.

Our place is literally a 5-minute walk from Lake Zurich and just 5 minutes from Sihlcity – location couldn't be better! The flat is super bright, and the room itself is spacious (15sqm). Plus, we have two balconies, one of which gets the sun all afternoon and evening!

We're both in our late 20s, working full-time, and would love to find someone with a similar vibe. The room is available starting June 1st, but if you need it earlier, we can arrange for a move-in as early as May 1st.

The price includes the Nebenkosten (building costs). All other expenses like the Serafe, electricity, and heating will be split equally between the three of us as they come.

We didn't have too much time to decorate the flat, so you're definitely welcome to add your personal touch and make it feel like home.

If you'd like, there's also the option to take over a bed, a medium-sized wardrobe, and a super modern desk (which goes up and down) from another roommate, but it's not necessary. Price can be discussed directly with her.
