Folgendes Setup ist angedacht:
Dir steht die voll eingerichtete Wohnung während der Woche exklusiv zur Verfügung. Dazu gehört auch das voll möblierte grosse hofseitige Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) mit Blick auf einen schönen Kirschbaum.

Zu mir:
Ich, m (30) arbeite unter der Woche in FL und nutze selbst - wenn ich nicht im Ausland bin - die Wohnung an ausgewählten Wochenenden und behalte mir hierfür das kleinste Zimmer als Schlafplatz bzw Abstellraum.

Aufgrund der cleveren Raumaufteilung ist auch bei ggf kurzfristiger gleichzeitiger Anwesenheit maximale Privatsphäre gegeben.

Zu dir:
Idealerweise bist du ein/e Professional und während der Arbeitswoche in Zürich bzw selbst viel geschäftlich unterwegs (Wochenaufenthalter oder Pendler).
Jedenfalls bist du zuverlässig und hast Handschlagqualität.
Penible Reinlichkeit (insb. in den gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten) ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit und du erwartest die Wohnung so vorzufinden, wie du sie zurückgelassen hast.

Eine Anpassung des Mobiliars, sowie Mitgestaltung nach deinen persönlichen Wünschen sind gerne willkommen, da du primärer Nutzer dieser schönen Wohnung bist.

Der Balkon und das Schlafzimmer sind in Richtung des grünen Innenhofs (inkl. Kirschbaum direkt vor dem Balkon) ausgerichtet.

Top Anbindung an den ÖV (Trams, Busse, S-Bahn). Fitnessstudio und Supermarkt befinden sich vis-a-vis. Diverse Restaurants und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Planned Setup:
The apartment will be exclusively yours during the week, including the fully furnished, spacious courtyard-facing bedroom (double bed) with a view of a lovely cherry tree.

About me:
Me (m 30) will use the apartment on selected weekends and will keep the smallest room for myself.
Thanks to the clever room layout, maximum privacy is ensured even in case of an occasional overlap in presence.

About You:
Ideally, you are a professional who spends the workweek in Zürich or frequently travels for business (weekly commuter).
You are reliable, trustworthy, and respectful in your interactions.
Maintaining absolute cleanliness in shared spaces is second nature to you, and you expect to find the apartment exactly as you left it.
