**Tenant Requirements:** As this is a female-only _dorm_, we are looking for a **female** tenant who is clean (please clean up after cooking), quiet (no loud noise between 10 PM and 7 AM) and respectful

* The room is furnished with **one double bed** (no additional furniture).
* Will start to move in other furniture on May onwards. (We could further discuss about this)
* The apartment has five rooms across two floors:
* Ground floor: 2 rooms, shared kitchen
* Upper floor: 3 rooms, shared bathroom
* Basement: Laundry area with a washing machine
* You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area with three other female roommates (all of them are students, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor).
* The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave.

* 5-7 minutes walk to Migros and Coop for groceries.
