Ich suche eine UntermieterIn in meiner 3- Zimmerwohnung in Kilchberg (unmittelbar an der Stadtgrenze zu Zürich) nach Vereinbarung. Die Wohnung wurde 1999 saniert, hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer, moderne Ausstattung (inkl. Waschturm) und einen Balkon mit viel Sonne.

Lage: das Bächlerquartier liegt unmittelbar an der Stadtgrenze (zu Zürich Wollishofen), dennoch profitiert man von einer sehr ruhigen Wohnlage und dem tiefsten Steuerfuss im Kanton (72% vs Stadt mit 119%). Mit dem 66er- oder 161er-Bus ist man innert 15 Minuten am Bahnhhof Enge oder am Bürkliplatz. Innert weniger Minuten ist man oberhalb des Sanatoriums, wo sich ein spektakulärer Blick auf den Zürichsee bietet.

With the 66 or 161 bus, you can reach Enge station or Bürkliplatz in just 15 minutes. In just a few minutes, you can walk up above the sanatorium, where you'll be treated to a spectacular view of Lake Zurich.
