Das Zimmer ist hell und groß: 3,2 x 5 m (16 m²). Du kannst sehr günstig oder sogar kostenlos die Möbel von der vorherigen Mitbewohnerin übernehmen. Ich habe noch mehr Bilder und Videos, wenn du möchtest :)

Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer (das zur Vermietung stehende und meins, beide genau gleich groß), ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, Küche, Terrasse, Keller, Fahrradparkplätze innen und außen sowie Autoabstellplätze drinnen und draußen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Uni-Viertel von Bern. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und entspannt, mit Bars in der Nähe und sehr nah am Bahnhof.

Ich bin Ángela, 28 Jahre alt und arbeite als Ingenieurin in Bern. Ich komme aus Spanien, lebe aber seit fast 5 Jahren in der Schweiz. Ich bin fröhlich, extrovertiert und sehr gesellig. Ich verbringe meine Freizeit gern mit anderen und bin für fast jeden Plan zu haben. Manchmal genieße ich aber auch ruhige Momente zu Hause nur für mich. Ich mag ein dynamisches Leben: ins Fitnessstudio gehen, in die Natur raus, schöne Landschaften genießen, grillieren, warme Tage an der Aare oder im Schwimmbad verbringen. Ich liebe Sonnentage, Basteln, Reisen, Brettspiele und neue Gerichte auszuprobieren. Ich schätze ein internationales Umfeld und das Kennenlernen anderer Kulturen. Ich lerne auch gerne Sprachen – es wäre schön, wenn wir ein Tandem machen könnten (ich lerne Französisch und Deutsch). Zu Hause spreche ich Englisch, Französisch oder Deutsch – in dieser Reihenfolge.
Mir ist eine klare und ehrliche Kommunikation wichtig.

eine/n Mitbewohner/in (w/m) zwischen 26 und 32 Jahren, NICHTRAUCHER/IN, unkompliziert, anpassungsfähig, respektvoll sowie ordentlich und sauber in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen. Jemanden, der gerne mit anderen zusammenlebt, sich austauscht und nicht nur die Miete teilt. Ich wünsche mir eine offene Person, mit der man interessante Gespräche führen kann. Es wäre toll, wenn wir unsere Kulturen, Interessen und Muttersprachen teilen könnten!

Entry date is from 1st july. The room is bright and large :3.2 x 5m (16m2). You can take for very cheap free the furniture of the previous housemate. I have more pictures and videos if needed :)
The apartment has 2 bedrooms ( the one to rent and mine, both exact same size), a nice living room, bathroom, kitche, terrace, cellar, parking spot for bikes indoors and outdoors, parking for cars indoors and outdoors. The apartment is located in the university area of Bern and neighborhood is quite relaxing and quiet, with bars to hang out and very close to the station.

This is Ángela!!, I am 28 years old and work as an engineer in Bern. I come from Spain, but I have been in Switzerland for almost 5 years. I'm cheerful, extroverted and very sociable, I like to share my free time with others and I'm up for almost any plan. Sometimes I also like to relax at home and have some time only for myself. I like to have a dynamic life, go to the gym, to the countryside and enjoy beautiful landscapes, BBQ, spend the day by the Aare or in the pool when it's warm. I love sunny days, crafts, travelling, board games and trying new dishes. I love the international environment and getting to know other cultures. I also like to learn languages, so I would be very happy if we can do tandem (I learn French and German). At home I can speak English , French or German, in that order.
