The room has own wash basin and refrigerator in the room. Every furniture is included even the duvet and pillow. The main building of ETH and UZH is only a few station away. It takes around 10-15 minutes by public transportation and around 20 minutes by walking. It has a cozy living room, a study room, a small gym, and a party room. There is a rooftop that has a beautiful view of zurich lake.

The cleaning team comes every couple of days and clean the common space; kitchen, bath room and others. The toilette paper, kitchen tower and other common usage stuff is also refilled and replaced by the cleaning team.

All the flatmate is super friendly and nice. This student residence exists until December so you will have approximately 6 months to live in. The rent is 990 CHF (all inclusive) per month.
