Looking for a new place to call home? :)

I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Basel, less than a minute away on foot from stop Inselstrasse (tram #8). 3 people in total would be living here.

The room is 14m² and comes with a double bed, night table, lamp, desk, chair, clothes rack and chest of drawers. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included. The room is available until 31.12.2025 with a potential extension.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, all dishes, pots & pans, toaster, waterboiler, and dishwasher. This flat has its own washing machine and tumbler in the bathroom.

All main shops (Migros, Coop, Denner) are close and tram #8 gets you to Basel SBB in less than 20 minutes.

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form.
