Da Fernando (35) mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer neuen Person als WG Mitbewohner:in.

Franck (28) ist aus Frankreich und arbeitet hier als Supply Chain Manager für ein Medizintechnik-Unternehmen. Grazziano (31) ist aus Italien und arbeitet hier als Zahnarzt für eine zahnmedizinische Klinik. Micha (26) ist Hauptmieter und wohnt aktuell nicht in der WG. Er arbeitet momentan in Zürich als Arzt. Eventuell wird er in 1-2 Jahren wieder in die WG einziehen.

Aufgrund der verschiedenen Nationalitäten wird in unserer WG hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen. Uns ist ein friedliches und sauberes Zusammenleben wichtig. Wir wohnen unkompliziert zusammen und jeder hat sein eigenes Programm. Dennoch unternehmen wir hier und da spontan als WG etwas. Dazu gehören zum Beispiel ein gemeinsames Feierabendbier, Abendessen oder ein Aareschwumm.

Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um einen hellen und gut ausgestatteten Neubau mit offenem Wohnzimmer und Küche. Weiterhin sind ein Balkon, zwei Badezimmer sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

Im Wohnungskomplex gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum (Aldi) und ein Fitnessstudio (Athletic Fitness Bern). Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Wohnung. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man das Inselspital und in 10 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof Bern. Eine PubliBike Station ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Zudem erreicht man zu Fuss innerhalb von 3 Minuten den Bremgartenwald und das Schwimmbad Weyermannshaus.

As Fernando (35) is moving in with his girlfriend, we are looking for a new flatmate.

Franck (28) is from France and works here as a supply chain manager for a medical technology company. Grazziano (31) is from Italy and works here as a dentist for a dental clinic. Micha (26) is the main tenant and does not currently live in the shared flat. He is currently working as a doctor in Zurich. He may move back into the shared flat in 1-2 years.

Due to the different nationalities, English is the main language spoken in our shared flat. Living together peacefully and cleanly is important to us. We live together in an uncomplicated way and everyone has their own program. Nevertheless, we do spontaneous things here and there as a shared flat. This includes, for example, a beer together after work, dinner or a swim in the Aare.

The apartment is a bright and well-equipped new build with an open-plan living room and kitchen. There is also a balcony, two bathrooms and a washing machine and dryer.

There is a shopping center (Aldi) and a gym (Athletic Fitness Bern) in the apartment complex. The bus stop is directly in front of the apartment. The Inselspital can be reached in 5 minutes and Bern main station in 10 minutes. There is also a PubliBike station. In addition, the Bremgartenwald forest and the Weyermannshaus swimming pool can be reached on foot within 3 minutes.
