This spacious 3.5-room apartment is located in a perfect area, just a 5-minute walk from Schwendingerplatz The train station can be reached in just 10 minutes by bus 75 to Oerlikon, and the stettbach train station is also quickly accessible. The surroundings are ideal for nature lovers, featuring a beautiful forest with a diverse course for sports activities.

The apartment has everything you need: two large rooms (one of which is already occupied), a generous living area, and a modern kitchen – perfect for cooking enthusiasts! The large balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh air. The bathroom is compact but functional. Please note that the pictures do not represent the apartment, as the furniture in the photos belongs to the previous tenants.

I will be moving in on June 1st and am looking for a roommate by arrangement. I will provide all my furniture and set up the entire apartment. If you are interested in actively participating in the furnishing process, you are more than welcome!
