**About the rooms**
Room 1: aprox. 14 sq.m, unfurnished, available from 20 May. 600 CHP per month, deposit of 1,200 CHF.
Room 2: aprox. 20sq.m, has a balcony, unfurnished (or furniture can be purchased from the previous tenant), available from 26 May. 650 CHP per month, deposit of 1,300 CHF.

Rent is to be paid a month in advance (pay in July for August). Electricity is paid separately every 3 months; the laundry room is at the basement (shared for the whole building) and it costs 3 CHF / load. All household expenses are divided between the the three of us.

**About me**
I am a 27f, classical musician, and working part time from home. I like to go out every now and then, but I am not a party girl and I like the peace and quiet at home. I'm looking for long-term flatmates. I would prefer someone in their mid to late 20s, who can speak English well, but other than that, no specific requriements.
