• Ausstattung: Holzdecke, Parkettboden mit Fussbodenheizung, Marmorküchenfeld, Lüftungsanlage, eigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler, Minergiestandard, 15 qm2 Terrasse.
• Lage: Top Lage in Winterthur, 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum grössten Park, Bushaltestelle Nr. 7 Schulhaus Neuhegi direkt vor der Tür, 3 Minuten zur S-Bahn Hegi (8 Minuten ohne Umstieg nach Winterthur HB, 31 Minuten nach Zürich HB), 5 Minuten zu Coop Megastore, Obi, Landi sowie zu Quartierbars und Restaurants.
• Nachbarschaft: Beste Nachbarschaft mit einer WhatsApp-Gruppe für kleine Anliegen, jeder kennt jeden und es gibt einen respektvollen und achtsamen Umgang. Keine lauten Partys oder Musik.

Mein Name ist Christoph. Ich bin eine herzliche, offene, kommunikative, ordentliche und pflichtbewusste Person und wünsche mir dasselbe von dir. Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigen Haushalts- und Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet, die ich dir gerne zur Benutzung überlasse. Bitte gehe pfleglich damit um. Ich habe ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu meinen tollen Nachbarn – es ist eine richtige Community hier.

Mietdauer: Mindestens 6 Monate, Verlängerung nach Absprache gerne möglich.

Nebenkosten: Strom (erneuerbare Energie), Serafe und Internet (Swisscom, 1 Gb Fiber) sind in den Nebenkosten anteilmässig enthalten. Eine Kaution von 1 Monat wird auf einem Sperrkonto hinterlegt (alternativ Kautionsversicherung) und bei Wohnungsübergabe in sauberem, unbeschädigtem Zustand voll rückerstattet. Eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist Voraussetzung, denn es kann immer mal etwas passieren.

• Location: Prime location in Winterthur, 2 minutes on foot to the largest park, bus stop No. 7 Schulhaus Neuhegi right at the door, 3 minutes to the S-Bahn Hegi (8 minutes direct to Winterthur HB, 31 minutes to Zurich HB), 5 minutes to Coop Megastore, Obi, Landi, as well as neighborhood bars and restaurants.
• Neighborhood: Excellent neighborhood with a WhatsApp group for small concerns, everyone knows everyone, and there is a respectful and considerate atmosphere. No loud parties or music.

My name is Chris. I am a warm, open, communicative, tidy, and responsible person and I wish the same from you. The apartment is equipped with high-quality household and furnishing items, which I am happy to leave for your use. Please take good care of them. I have a very good relationship with my wonderful neighbors – it’s a real community here.

Rental period: At least 6 months, extension likely possible by arrangement.

Additional costs: Electricity (renewable energy), Serafe (radio and TV compulsory fees) and internet (Swisscom, 1 Gb Fiber) are included in the additional costs. A deposit of 1 month will be held in a blocked account and fully refunded upon handover of the apartment in a clean, undamaged condition. Liability insurance is required, as accidents can always happen.
