I'm sadly leaving this wonderful apartment as I'll be moving in with a dear friend who just relocated to Zurich. But I'd love to find someone equally kind and respectful to take over my room — because both the flat and my lovely flatmate truly deserve someone great!

• Located in Schwamendingen, a quiet, green, and well-connected neighborhood
• Tram 7 and 9 just a 5-minute walk away — takes you to the city center in around 25 minutes
• The apartment is spacious, bright, and super cozy
• A gorgeous terrace – perfect for sunny lunches or dinner parties with friends
• Situated on the top (2nd) floor, but because the building is elevated, you get beautiful light and views with great privacy
• Migros and Coop are just an 8-minute walk away for your grocery runs

You'd be sharing the flat with an amazing woman who works full-time and is super kind and easygoing.

Availability:
Ideally from July, but I'm flexible and can adapt to your timing.

Rent:
CHF 1,145/month (utilities not included)
• CHF 25 for Wi-Fi (on agreement you can also remove it)
• Approx. CHF 15 every 3 months for electricity/gas

Furniture for Sale:
I'm selling all the furniture in the apartment (including living room and terrace furniture) for CHF 2000.

The room will only be rented to someone willing to take over the furniture — it's all in great condition and ready to move in!
