Wir haben ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad (mit Badewanne) frei in unserer modernen Wohnung wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Glattbrugg/Opfikon. Es ist gross, hell und voll möbliert. Alle Nebenkosten wie schnelles Swisscom Internet sind ebenfalls inklusive. Du bist mit dem ÖV ruck-zuck überall, 6min bis Flughafen / 2min Oerlikon / 10min bis Zürich HB / 22min bis ETH/Universität. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, wie z.B. eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 2 Badezimmer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, usw.

Wir sind Georgios (30) und Daniel (28). Wir sind beide arbeitstätig, ruhig, rücksichtsvoll und unkompliziert. Im Alltag leben wir unabhängig voneinander, dennoch schauen wir auch, dass wir regelmässig etwas zusammen unternehmen. Wir schauen bei den Bewerbungen, dass es menschlich passt und suchen eine nichtrauchende Person. We have a room with own bathroom (incl. bathtube) available in our modern apartment a few minutes from the Glattbrugg/Opfikon train station. The room is big, bright and already fully furnished. All side costs like fast Swisscom internet are also included. You have ideal connections with the public transportation and are quickly everywhere around, 6min to airport / 2min Oerlikon / 10min to Zürich HB / 22min to ETH/Universität. Also shopping opportunities are all nearby. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need like a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a big living room with balcony, etc.

We are Georgios (30) and Daniel (28). We are both employed, quiet, considerate and uncomplicated. We live independently on a day-to-day basis, but we also make sure that we do things together from time to time. As for a new tenant applying, we are looking for a non-smoking person.
