1 Locale, 70 m², 2. piano

Hello, we are Lara (33, German) and Marguerite (26, South-African and German) and we are looking for a subtenant in our lovely appartement in Enge form July on, since our flatmate Iris is moving out for some professional adventures.

The flat is located 10 min by foot from the lake and 20' from the city center/main station/ 10 min to the main station by tram lines 13 & 7, to Bellvue 7 min with line 5. Station Enge is 5 min by foot.

We are working in marketing & biochemical research :) and we enjoy sports, cooking, traveling and having spontaneously dinner together. Everything here is very easy going, the house and apartment calm, old but charming, neighbors are chill.
We work during more or less normal office hours, sometimes we come home late because of experiments in the lab, hanging out with running groups or occasional parties in the city ;)

\*There is no living room\* but a kitchen spacious enough to eat in and every room has access to a balcony (your balcony is the larger one and our current and also new flatmate has also access to it, but it can be separated in the middle with a large plant or something if you like). There is also a little shared garden/green space behind the house, plus a cellar and shared washing machine, but we also have our own in the bathroom.

Not included in the rent is internet (about 25 chf/month/person) and electricity (ca. 10 chf/month/person :))

We are looking for a young woman (sorry guys) between 24-36, international profiles are very welcome. A clean "Betreibungsauszug" (debt collection statement) is needed and a residence permit.
Since we are living in small place, it is NOT ideal for doing home office for the full week. Occasionally it is possible, of course.

\*Since our building gets renovated, the contract is limited until end of March 2026 (possibly longer but we have to check again with the agency)\*
