12 months fix-term sublet - 2.5 rooms furnished flat


I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person to sublet my flat for a fixed term of 12 months (01.08.2025 - 31.07.2026). It is a charming and quiet 2.5 rooms apartment (55m2) on the 1st floor of a building located in Cham. The flat is rented fully furnished and was renovated around 8 years ago.

**Monthly rent**: CHF 1932 (CHF 1752 + CHF 180 Nebenkosten)
**Monthly bills** (electricity, internet, insurance, firemen, Serafe): approx. CHF 130 (variable, depending on consumption)

It is very clean with a great standard. In the kitchen, granite countertops, brand new V-Zug oven changed in 2024, V-Zug dishwasher and full-size V-Zug fridge with separate freezer at the bottom. The furniture has been carefully chosen and/or handcrafted from quality materials to ensure a cosy feeling (more decoration and pieces of furniture will be added by the day of the handover). The flat has wooden floors, modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, double glazed windows. There is a balcony (6.5m2, 1.8x3.6m) with an open view on the garden of the residence, no direct vis-à-vis as the next buildings are quite far (+ bonus: there are hooks to hang a hammock, included).

The washing machines are located downstairs in the common washing room (3 washing machines, 3 dryers and 2 drying rooms with Secomat) and it is easy to find a spot almost any day because some flats in the building have their private machine, so it is not shared with everyone.

There is a small cellar (2.6m2, 1.3x2m) with an electrical plug. I will leave in the cellar some shelves to store your things and a dedicated freezer, super useful to store more food.

In the residence, there are facilities that can be used by the tenants, sometimes with a fee/booking required (basket-ball field, tennis court, football field, sauna, party-haus with grill outside).
