We're a couple in our 30s looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to move in around **September** (flexible timing). Our long-time roommate is moving out, so we're hoping to find someone who's a good fit.

You'd have your **own floor** with 2 private rooms (bedroom + office/den/studio), and share a **kitchen, family room, balcony, garden, laundry, cave, and garage/home gym**. Parking available.

The house is spacious, with **lake and mountain views**, 10–12 min walk from **La Conversion gare**, and 2 min from vineyards. We live/work on another floor, so there's both **privacy and good vibes**.

Rent is **1300 CHF/month**, all included.
