Hallo zusammen,

ab dem 1. September 2025 übernehme ich meine bisherige WG-Wohnung als Hauptmieter und suche dafür einen neuen männlichen Mitbewohner für das frei werdende Zimmer.

Ich bin Felix, 20 Jahre alt aus Deutschland und studiere Physik an der ETH Zürich. Ich freue mich, wenn du in einem ähnlichen Alter bist und idealerweise bereits WG-Erfahrung mitbringst. Besonders wichtig ist mir, dass du Wert auf Sauberkeit und auf ein gutes Miteinander legst.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 qm groß, verfügt über einen Balkon, einen Geschirrspüler, ein Gäste-WC und sogar einen Kamin. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer bietet mit ca. 14 qm ausreichend Platz. Die aktuellen Fotos zeigen übrigens noch einen "Zwischenzustand", da meine Vormieterin gerade dabei ist, ihre Sachen abzutransportieren. Das Zimmer wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert vermietet, unter Umständen sind die Möbel zur Übernahme verfügbar.

Der Grundriss ist leider nicht ganz genau (das Zimmer ist etwas grösser als im Plan ausgewiesen). Zusätzlich zur Miete kommen noch die Stromkosten nach Verbrauch, Kosten für Internet (ca. 20 Franken pro Monat) und der Rundfunkbeitrag dazu. Als Kaution sind 3 Netto-Monatsmieten zu hinterlegen.

Praktische Extras: Im Keller stehen ein Fahrradraum sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit anderen Hausparteien zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es einen eigenen Kellerraum als Abstellmöglichkeit.

Die Lage ist super: Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand von Wallisellen und man ist schnell in der Natur. Die Tramlinie 12 und weitere Buslinien sind in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Hönggerberg und ins Zentrum (ETH Hauptgebäude, UZH) braucht man ca. 35 Minuten von Tür-zu-Tür.

From September 1, 2025, I will be taking over my previous shared apartment as the main tenant and am looking for a new male roommate for the room that will become available.

I am Felix, 20 years old from Germany and study physics at ETH Zurich. I am happy if you are of a similar age and ideally already have experience of living in a shared flat. It is particularly important to me that you value cleanliness and good togetherness.

The apartment is approx. 70 square meters in size, has a balcony, a dishwasher, a guest WC and even a fireplace. Your future room offers enough space with approx. 14 sqm. Incidentally, the current photos still show an "interim state", as my previous tenant is in the process of removing her belongings. The room is generally rented unfurnished, the furniture may be available for takeover.

The floor plan is unfortunately not completely accurate (the room is slightly larger than shown on the plan). In addition to the rent, there are electricity costs according to consumption, internet costs (approx. 20 francs per month) and the broadcasting fee. A deposit of 3 net monthly rents is required.

Practical extras: There is a bicycle room in the basement as well as a washing machine and dryer for shared use with other tenants. There is also a separate cellar room for storage.

The location is great: the apartment is on the edge of Wallisellen and you are quickly in the countryside. Streetcar line 12 and other bus lines can be reached in about 5 minutes. The Hönggerberg and the center (ETH main building, UZH) are about 35 minutes door-to-door.
