Due to a stay abroad, I'm subletting my cosy, fully furnished 2.5 room apartment near Bullingerplatz (Kreis 4) for **two weeks** this autumn: **from October 23rd, 2025 until November 7th, 2025.**

Rental cost: CHF 1'100. all inclusive (WLan, electricity, TV etc.)

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a charming older building on a quiet neighbourhood street. It includes:



* entrance area
* spacious and fully equipped kitchen
* bedroom / office (combined)
* living room
* bathroom with bathtub
* separate toilet (note: no running water in the toilet hand sanitiser provided)
* covered balcony ("winter balcony")
* washing machine and dryer (shared use in the cellar no laundry schedule)

The flat is bright and homely, ideal for someone who enjoys a classic Altbau feel. From the kitchen and bedroom, you look directly into the green Bullingerhof park. The apartment is quiet in terms of the neighbourhood, though the flat itself is a bit sound-permeable.

The location is excellent:

* Albisriederplatz: 5 min walk
* Tram stop "Zypressenstrasse": 250 m
* Zurich main station: 15 min by tram / 10 min by bike
* Supermarkets, cafés, bars, and parks all nearby

The building has lovely neighbours and a relaxed atmosphere.

Wegen eines Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich meine gemütliche, voll möblierte 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Kreis 4 (nahe Bullingerplatz) für zwei Wochen im Herbst.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines charmanten Altbaus an einer ruhigen Quartierstrasse und umfasst:

* Waschmaschine und Tumbler zur Mitbenutzung im Keller (kein Waschplan)

Die Wohnung ist hell und einladend, ideal für Menschen, die Altbau-Charme schätzen. Aus Küche und Schlafzimmer blickt man direkt in den Bullingerhof-Park. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Wohnung selbst ist allerdings eher ringhörig.
