Ich wohne in einer hellen und luftigen 4.5 Zimmer (mit 3 Schlafzimmern)-Wohnung im 2. Stock in einem grünen, ruhigen Wohnquartier, das dennoch zentral ist, 2' von der Bushaltestelle und 10' vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Ich habe ein gemütliches, neu renoviertes und möbliertes Zimmer zu vermieten, an eine Frau, an eine Studentin oder einen Studenten. Das Zimmer hat einen zweigeteilten Kleiderschrank, ein Einzelbett mit neuer Matratze mit zwei Garnituren Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, einen bequemen Schreibtisch mit Lampe sowie eine kleine Kommode und einen Sessel und alles liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die renovierte Wohnung hat ca. 100 m² und bietet: Glasfaser und schnelles Internet; einen lichtdurchfluteten Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche, voll ausgestattete Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler; zwei Nasszellen: ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne & WC sowie ein separates Gäste-WC; einen Südbalkon über die ganze Frontseite – perfekt zum Sonnen, Lesen oder Abendessen; eigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler; einen überdachten Fahrradabstellplatz und einen Tiefgaragenplatz (mietbar nach Absprache für 130 CHF pro Monat).
