Hi there!

Due to my new work situation, I will be subletting my beautiful flat for four to five months, with the possibility of an extension starting at the end of August 2025.

The apartment is a truly unique gem in Zurich. It's situated perfectly in the beautiful Seefeld neighborhood and is a mere 2-minute walk from the lake. It takes around 12 minutes to HB by public transport (if you're good), the Coop, bakeries, restaurants, etc., can all be reached within 2 minutes. Both the Botanical Garden and the Patumbah-park are very close by, and the whole neighborhood in general is super green and nice to stroll through. Due to its high elevation, you get morning and evening sun, and it offers a 270-degree panoramic view over the Alps and the lake of Zurich.

It comes fully furnished and is equipped with both a dishwasher and a washing machine. Electricity, broadband internet, and home insurance are included in the rent. Serafe (TV tax) has to be paid separately (~ 335.- / year).

The apartment has a cute balcony with an amazing view over Uetliberg, where you can watch the sunsets. The ceiling goes as high as 5 meters, which allows for very nice natural and artificial lighting and decoration. It comes with a lot of storage space in the sidewalls and some additional space in the basement.

I'm looking for someone responsible, preferably between 28 and 45 years old. Due to the single-room nature of this Attica apartment, I don't recommend it for people with kids.
