I'm **looking for a new flatmate** from the 1st of September.

The house is located in the **Wollishofen** neighborhood, **right in front of the lake** and in a **well-connected area** served by the 7, 165 and 185, with the Wollishofen station at 5 minutes walking distnce. **City center is at 15 mins** and there are Migros, Aldi, and Coop all at 5-10 mins walking distance. Area is very quiet and comfortable to live in.
It is a large apartment, fully furnished in a modern style, at ground floor level, about 80 m2 with:



* **two equally sized bedrooms** (around 13.5 m2) of which one is the one that will be rented
* it is spacious, well illuminated and good airflow. The previous tenant is willing to **sell his furniture** at a favorable price, and it is high quality Ikea furniture (It includes a wardrobe, a bed, a bedside table, a desk, a gaming chair, and a TV bench)
* **two restrooms**: one is large and has a bathtub/shower, and the other one has the appliances (washing machine and dryer)
* a very **large living room** with a huge leather couch and 95 square inch tv and plenty of storage space
* a very **large kitchen** connected to the living room, with induction stoves and again plenty of storage
* a corridor connecting all the spaces
* a large cellar
* potentially, parking space can be rented from the agency (Wonneberg AG)

I'm looking for someone who will undertake an **indefinite sublet contract**, or at the very least 1 year. No short-term contracts are possible and leave notice can be given with a 1 month anticipation.
The full apartment cost is 3200 CHF and I'm **offering the room for half that price (1600 CHF)** . The additional costs related to internet, electricity, water and Serafe, which are about 80 CHF per month, are to be split with me.
