Wonderful 1.5 Room Single Apartment **with full furniture**, at a quiet, nice neighborhood with excellent public transportation connections.

Searching for a person to sub-rent from **middle September 2025** to **maximum end of 2027** . Of course, you can also be flexible, but it has to hold the minimum 3 months notice period(Kündigungsfrist). If you move in fast, the middle September - end of September will be basically free. And rent starts from 1. October.
I am keeping the apartment under my name, because I am moving back at the end of the 2027.

This apartment has **the full set of furniture for a single person** . A queen size bed (2 people can sleep on it, and there's storage space under the bed). An extendable sofa, which can turn into a bed as well (also small storage under the sofa).
The apartment has **floor heating system** .
The bathroom looks a bit old, but it has an automatic lighting system (LED light strip) that I installed.
The Kitchen as shown in the picture, it has a lot of stuff. There is a portable dishwasher that I bought later for myself, if you want to use it, I could leave it here, but this will slightly increase the furniture rent. The same goes for the Vacuum cleaner and fan.

**For short period with undefined renting period(3 Months notice Period):**
The minimum furniture rent is 10 CHF/Month, this is when excluded the dishwasher, vacuum, and fan. Maximum is 20 CHF/Month which include the dishwasher, vacuum, and fan.
If the renting period extended over a year, then the extra NK/HK will be returned. And the furniture rent will be adjusted lower.
ewz electricity cost is not covered.

To encourage longer renting period, there are some benefits:
**For a year contract:**
The minimum furniture rent drops to 6 CHF/Month. Maximum would be 15 CHF/Month. The extra NK/HK will be returned.

We can discuss if you want to have the IKEA long table and chair or not, but this doesn't affect the minimum furniture rent. I only have the minimum flexibility for the furniture, The more they stay, the better it is. The Bed, The Sofa, The Drawer, and The Wood Table are those I can't take it with me.

**Wash machine** and **Tumbler** are in basement **for free** to use.
Include a small locked storage in the basement. Bike can also be parked indoor in basement.

Super speed **Internet** with Yallo Max Fiber **39.9 CHF/Month** is included in the rent. (This is a good deal that I got, and it's superfast and can host a server at home)

**Public Transportation:**
**Tram 9/14** are 5 mins away by foot. Line 9 takes you direct to ETH Zentrum, Line 14 can take you to HB, Oerlikon. Another end from Triemli you have the **Bus 80** which brings you to ETH Hönggerberg. It's just perfect for an ETH student.

**Surrounding Shops:**
Migros, Denner, Coop, Aldi within 10 min walk

You would need to pay **2000 CHF as a deposit**, in case of damage or missing rent. Rent has to be **paid before the month starts**, so the rent for September has to be paid before September.
