Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Neumarkt in einer ruhigen Strasse im obersten Stockwerk. Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern und Badezimmer in der unteren Etage und einer riesigen Wohnküche mit Chiminee und Terrasse in der oberen Etage. Die Dachbalken in der oberen Etage geben der Wohnung ihren besonderen Charme.
In der Wohnung enthalten ist ein Waschturm, eine Einbauküche mit dahintergelagertem Tunnel für Stauraum, ein Geschirrspüler, ein Lift und vieles mehr. Ein Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls inklusive.
Wir haben unter uns eine Physiotherapie und unserer Nachbar ist mega entspannt, sodass Lautstärke kein Problem darstellt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für Paare oder eine 2er WG geeignet.

Es gibt KEINEN Parkplatz, es hat jedoch Blaue Zone Parkplätze eine Strasse drüber, wir haben dort immer einen Platz gefunden.

Dreamlike Maisonette Apartment near Neumarkt

We are moving away from St. Gallen for professional reasons and would like to vacate our very cool maisonette penthouse apartment on February 1, 2026. The apartment is located near Neumarkt on a quiet street on the top floor. It is a maisonette with two rooms and a bathroom on the lower level and a huge eat-in kitchen with a chimney and terrace on the upper level. The exposed roof beams on the upper level give the apartment its special charm.

The apartment includes a washer and dryer, a fitted kitchen with a storage tunnel behind it, a dishwasher, an elevator, and much more. A cellar storage unit is also included.

We have a physiotherapy practice below us, and our neighbor is very easygoing, so noise is not an issue.

The apartment is very well suited for couples or a two-person shared apartment.

There is NO parking space, however, there are blue zone parking spaces one street over, and we have always found a spot there.
