Im Angebot ist ein wundervolles möbliertes Zimmer zur Untermiete für einen Monat im WOKO Wohnheim Gärtnerstrasse 4 in Winterthur.

Das Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach das Beste, direkt am Ende des Gangs sodass niemand am Zimmer vorbei geht und hat als eins von nur 5 Zimmern im ganzen Haus mit voller Fensterfront und Terrasse. Selbstverständlich gibt es Jalousien sodass auch für Privatsphäre gesorgt ist. Alles was man braucht inklusive Waschmaschine ist schon da, nur alles persönliche muss mitgebracht werden. Im selben Flur leben vorwiegend internationale Studenten, die alle sehr aufgeschlossen sind. Das Zusammenleben läuft super und oftmals sitzen wir in der Küche zusammen aber natürlich kann man sich zu jedem Zeitpunkt zurückziehen und seine Ruhe genießen. Mein Mietvertrag und damit dann auch deiner läuft am 31.01 aus, ein Einzug zum 15.12 wäre aber möglich.

Wichtig ist allerdings, dass ausschließlich an Studierende der ZHAW vermietet werden kann, da alles über das ZHAW Sekretariat läuft. Damit ist aber natürlich auch alles ganz offiziell abgesichert.

Die Lage in Winterthur ist optimal, an der ZHAW ist man sogar noch schneller als am Bahnhof. Ansonsten gibt es natürlich alles was man so braucht in der Umgebung. Sollte ich was wichtiges vergessen haben, fragt gerne nach. We are offering a wonderful, fully furnished room in the WOKO as a sublet for a month in the dormitory at Gärtnerstrasse 4 in Winterthur.

In my opinion, this is the best room, located at the end of the hallway so that no one walks past it, and one of only five rooms in the entire building with a full window front and terrace. Of course, there are blinds to ensure privacy. Everything you need, including a washing machine, is already there; you just need to bring your personal belongings. Most of the people living in the same hallway are international students, who are all very open-minded. We get along great and often sit together in the kitchen, but of course you can always retreat and enjoy some peace and quiet. My lease expires on January 31, so it can be extended if necessary with the consent of WOKO. Also including the second half of december for the sublet is possible.
