Die Wohnung ist im Kreis 6, 10 min zu Fuss zum Hb, direkt bei der Limmat. 1 Minute zur Tram Haltestelle Beckenhof.
Zeitraum: 10.1.2026- 22.2.2026 (Daten sind flexibel)Mietzins: 1690 Chf pro Monat inkl. NebenkostenGemeinsamer Wohnraum insgesamt 90cm2 -> 3,5-Zimmer Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit eigenem Waschturm, offene Küche, Balkon. Das WG- Zimmer ist 19 cm2 gross und möbiliert.
