Ich bin Natalie, 28, und suche eine nette, lockere und respektvolle Mitbewohner*in für ein freies Zimmer in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich-Altstetten.

**Zum Zimmer**
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² gross, hell und hat eine eigene Loggia, perfekt für Kaffee am Morgen oder entspannte Abende. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben, aber wer möchte, kann das Bett und die Matratze der Vormieterin übernehmen.

**Die Wohnung**
Wir teilen einen offenen, hellen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine vollausgestattetet Küche. Eigene Geräte kannst du natürlich auch mitbringen. Im Reduit stehen Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder (Dusche und Badewanne), die man grösstenteils separat nutzen kann, so hat jede*r genügend Privatsphäre.

**Lage**
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen, grünen Teil von Zürich-Altstetten mit super Anbindung:



* 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Zürich-Altstetten
* 5 Minuten mit ÖV zum Zürich HB
* Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Migros, Coop, Denner und Alnatura direkt um die Ecke
* Natur vor der Tür ideal für Spaziergänge, Jogging oder ein Bad in der Limmat
* Cafés, Fitnessstudios und Takeaways in der Nähe

**Über mich**
Ich arbeite von Mo-Fr im Büro, bin gerne viel draussen, sportlich und unternehmungslustig. Ich freue mich über neue Bekanntschaften, spiele ab und zu Gitarre, liebe es Kaffee zu brühen und reise auch mal . Grundsätzlich bin ich eine easy-going, saubere und rücksichtsvolle Person. Ich unternehme gern Dinge gemeinsam, respektiere aber auch die Privatsphäre.

**Hi everyone!**
I'm Natalie, 28, and I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going and respectful flatmate for a free room in a 3-room apartment in Zurich-Altstetten.

**The Room**
The room is about 14 m², bright, and comes with its own loggia perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evenings. It's unfurnished, but if you want, you can take over the bed and mattress from the previous tenant.

**The Apartment**
We share a spacious, bright living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen (you're welcome to bring your own appliances, too). There's a washing machine and dryer in the storage room.
The apartment has two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), which can mostly be used separately, so everyone has enough privacy.

**Location**
The apartment is in a quiet, green part of Zurich-Altstetten with great connections:



* 10 minutes on foot to Zürich Altstetten train station
* 5 minutes by public transport to Zurich HB
* Migros, Coop, Denner and Alnatura just around the corner
* Nature right outside the door, ideal for walks, jogging or a swim in the Limmat
* Cafés, gyms, and takeaways close by

**About Me**
I work in the office Monday to Friday, love being outdoors, and enjoy sports and trying new things. I'm happy to meet new people, occasionally play guitar, love brewing coffee, and like to travel .
Overall, I'm easy-going, clean, and considerate. I enjoy doing things together but also respect personal space.
