I am subletting my beautiful apartment in Basel for one year as I’m taking a break in the mountains. The apartment is in a prime location, just 30 seconds from Basel SBB train station – you can’t get more central than this!

Location & Surroundings
Everything at your doorstep: train station, large Coop (open Mon–Sat 6 am–10 pm), bakery downstairs, international restaurants, gym, daycare, laundry service, tailor, print shop, bars, and lovely local shops.
Tram stop right outside – only 6 minutes to the city center.
Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet with closed windows thanks to perfect insulation.
Nearby green spaces: Bruderholz and Basel’s local mountain Gempen are just minutes away for nature lovers.

Very bright thanks to many windows, fully renovated 2 years ago.
