Ich biete meine schöne, gemütliche und möblierte Wohnung für den Zeitraum Februar bis Juli 2026 (6 Monate) zur Untermiete an, da ich mein Doktorat für ein Semester im Ausland verbringen werde. Dafür suche ich eine vertrauensvolle Frau oder genderqueere Person, die meine Wohnung in diesem Zeitraum untermieten möchte.

Die Maisonette Wohnung besteht aus 1,5 Zimmer (inklusive Küche, Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich + Bad) und einer traumhaften Terrasse. Im Sommer lädt auch unser Garten im Hinterhof zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt ausserdem einen Fahrradstellplatz im Hinterhof, einen Wasch- und Trockenraum (ohne festen Zeitplan).

Die Vermieterin der Wohnung wohnt nebenan und ist super freundlich. Die Nachbar*innen im Haus kennen sich alle und sind sich gemeinschaftlich zugewandt, da sie das Haus zusammen renoviert haben.

Eine Haltestelle ist 4 Minuten entfernt sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop und Migros). Auch der Rhein ist sehr nah, was die Lage der Wohnung (im Matthäus) optimal macht. Auch Cafés und Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt.

I am offering my beautiful, cozy, furnished apartment for sublet for the period February to July 2026 (6 months), as I will be spending a semester abroad for my doctorate. I am looking for a trustworthy woman or genderqueer person who would like to sublet my apartment during this period.

The maisonette apartment consists of 1.5 rooms (including kitchen, living, dining and sleeping area + bathroom; 40m2) and a wonderful terrace (12m2). In summer, our backyard garden is also a great place to relax. There is also a bicycle parking space in the backyard and a laundry and drying room (no fixed schedule).

The landlord lives next door and is super friendly. The neighbors in the building all know each other and are very community-minded, as they renovated the building together.

A tram stop is 4 minutes away, as are shopping facilities (Coop and Migros). The Rhine is also very close, which makes the location of the apartment (in Matthäus) ideal. Cafés and restaurants are also not far away.
