Die Miete ist inklusive Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, Gas und W-Lan).
Adresse: 3097 Liebefeld, an der Könizstrasse im 2. Stock zuoberst.
Kein Lift/Fahrstuhl.
2 Minuten zu ÖV.
10 Minuten mit ÖV nach Bern-Bahnhof.
In der Nähe Denner und Spar.
Zentrum Köniz mit Migros, Coop, Aldi. Banken etc. in 4min erreichbar.
Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 4.5 x 3m gross, mit W-LAN-Empfang.
Neues Bett mit neuer Matratze, Schreibtisch mit Schubladenkorpus, neuer Kleiderschrank, neue Garderobe mit Schuhablage, Kommode. Zimmer kann individuell gestaltet werden.
Ich bin 69zig arbeite noch zwei Tage die Woche und ich bin Raucher.
Im Zimmer ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet. Es wurde frisch gestrichen und komplett neu eingerichtet (1. Vermietung).
Ich spreche Deutsch, Französisch, Englisch und etwas Italienisch.
Mein Vermieter verlangt eine Betreibungsauskunft. Bewerbungsformular bei mir erhältlich. Vermietung erst nach OK des Vermieters möglich. Vermietung an Ausländer nur mit gültiger Aufenthaltsbewilligung.

I am 69 years old, still work two days a week, and I am a smoker.
Smoking is not permitted in the room. It has been freshly painted and completely refurnished (first time being rented out).
I speak German, French, English, and some Italian.
My landlord requires a credit check. Application forms are available from me. Rental only possible after approval by the landlord. Rental to foreigners only with a valid residence permit.
