Ab dem 1. März 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung wird in meiner charmanten 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung ein möbliertes Zimmer frei.

Das Zimmer eignet sich ideal für eine:n Wochenaufenthalter:in oder für jemanden, der Teilzeit in Zürich arbeitet und nur an einzelnen Tagen pro Woche eine Unterkunft benötigt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines gepflegten Altbaus in einer ruhigen, grünen Gegend nahe dem Hegibachplatz, an der Grenze zwischen Seefeld und Hottingen. Den Bahnhof Stadelhofen erreicht man mit dem Tram in 5 Minuten, den Hauptbahnhof in etwa 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, verfügt über schöne alte Parkett- und Fliesenböden und ist stilvoll, hochwertig und minimalistisch eingerichtet.

Das zur Verfügung stehende Zimmer ist ca. 15?m² gross, liegt hofseitig und ist möbliert mit Bett, Tisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank. Auf Wunsch stelle ich gerne auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung.

Zu mir (W35): Ich arbeite als künstlerische Leiterin eines Kunstvereins sowie als Tanzlehrerin. Ich lege grossen Wert auf einen respektvollen und achtsamen Umgang und pflege einen aktiven, gesunden Lebensstil. Mit mir lebt ein freundlicher Kater.

Der monatliche Gesamtbetrag von CHF 1160 setzt sich zusammen aus der Miete (CHF 800), einem Möblierungszuschlag (CHF 160) sowie den Nebenkosten inkl. Haushaltsartikeln (CHF 200).

Starting from March 1, 2026 (or by arrangement), a furnished room will become available in my charming 3-room apartment.

The room is ideal for a weekly commuter or someone who works part-time in Zurich and needs accommodation only on certain days of the week.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-maintained tenement house in a quiet, green area near Hegibachplatz, on the border between Seefeld and Hottingen. Stadelhofen train station is 5 minutes away by tram, and the main station can be reached in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very bright, features beautiful old parquet and tile floors, and is stylishly, high-quality and minimally furnished.

The available room is approx. 15 m², faces the inner courtyard, and is furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. Bedding and towels can be provided upon request.

About me (F35): I work as the artistic director of an arts association and as a dance teacher. I value respectful and mindful co-living and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. I share the apartment with a friendly cat.

The total monthly cost is CHF 1160, which includes base rent (CHF 800), a furnishing supplement (CHF 160), and utilities including household essentials (CHF 200).
