Sortie du local à skis vers la télécabine : une minute. La plupart du temps, on peut skier jusqu’aux escaliers. Vente aux étrangers et comme résidence secondaire autorisée.

3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains. Parquet en bois de haute qualité, four V-Zug, cuisine en granit. Fenêtres neuves, triple vitrage. L’appartement dispose d’un balcon presque continu des deux côtés du bâtiment, qui n’est pas inclus dans le calcul de la surface utile.
