La chambre est disponible à partir du 1er mars. Le loyer est de 1'050 CHF + 150 CHF charges (chauffage, eau chaude, électricité, serafe). Il est possible de reprendre les meubles dans la chambre (à discuter avec le colocataire sortant).
L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres, d'une cuisine, d'une salle de bains, d'un grand salon et d'un balcon avec vue sur le lac.
Situé à 10 min à pied de tout : gare (5 min vers Lausanne), arrêt de bus (ligne 9), Coop, plage, port, restaurants, boulangerie et fitness.
Je m'appelle Henri, j'ai 26 ans, je viens d'Allemagne, je travaille dans la finance et j'aime la nature. Ma copine vit à Paris et on se rend visite 1 à 2 week-ends par mois.
Je cherche un(e) colocataire sympa, idéalement entre 20 et 35 ans, calme (l'appartement est peu insonorisé) et peut-être qui aime les activités en plein air (rando, kayak, etc.).
