Ab sofort suche ich für meine helle, gemütliche Wohnung in Kreis 3 eine/n sympathische/n und zuverlässige/n Untermieter/in, für den Zeitraum zwischen Mitte März oder Anfang April bis Ende Juni 2026 (3 Monate). Dieser Zeitraum kann jedoch nach Rücksprache etwas kürzer oder länger vereinbart werden.

Die Wohnung besteht aus 2.5 Zimmer - Wohn und Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und Küche.

Sie liegt auf den 5. Etagen und ist damit sehr hell und hat viel Tageslicht.

Ausserdem hat die Wohnung einen schönen Blick auf den Uetliberg (Aus dem Schlafzimmer oder bzw. auch von der Küche aus). Im Haus befindet sich auch einen Lift.

Die Wohnung ist wie folgt ausgestattet:

Ledersofa
Bett (140cm breit)
2 Kommode
Nachttisch
Hohenverstellbarer Tisch (Ca. 180cm breit)
Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen
Schreibtisch
Diverse Lampen

Eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler befindet sich im Keller.

Die Wohnung verfügt über gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Die Bahnhöfe Giesshübel und Binz sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Von Giesshübel aus kommt man in 3 Minuten zum Zürich Hauptbahnhof - direkt mit der S4 (2 Haltestellen) hin. Falls Du ein Velo hast, bist du dann auch in nur 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest Du ebenfalls in 5 Minuten bei Coop (Manesseplatz) oder in 15 Minuten im Sihlcity.

I am currently looking for a friendly and reliable person who is looking to sublease my bright, cozy apartment in District 3 of Zurich, for the period between mid March or beginning of April 2026 until the end of June 2026. This period can be potentially shorter or longer upon arrangement.

The apartment consists of 2.5 rooms - living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and kitchen.
It is on the 5th floor and is therefore very bright and has plenty of daylight.
The apartment also has a beautiful view of the Uetliberg (from the bedroom or from the kitchen). There is an elevator in the building.

The apartment is equipped as follows:

Leather sofa
Bed (140cm wide)
2 chests of drawers
Nightstand
Height-adjustable table (approx. 180cm wide)
Dining table with two chairs
Desk
Various lamps
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the basement.

The apartment has good transport connections. The Giesshübel and Binz train stations can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. From Giesshübel you can get to Zurich main station in 3 minutes - directly with the S4 (2 stops). If you have a bike, you can be at the main station in just 10 minutes. You can also find shops in 5 minutes at Coop (Manesseplatz) or in 15 minutes in Sihlcity.
