It is only 10 min from the main train station by walk, 4 min from the Flon, 17 minutes from UNIL and 22 minutes from EPFL. The contract to be signed is a sublease. Internet (10 Gb fiber) and electricity charges are shared, at around CHF 40 per person per month. The total cost of the room, including all charges, is CHF 880.
