My flat is available for rent from 01.04.26 - 07.06.26 due to vacation.
It is located very close (5 mins) to Oerlikon train station which means you are well connected.

All you need is there including WiFi, kitchen stuff and so on. You'll sleep in the bedroom with a bed of 1.40x2.00m, topped with a topper. Linen and everything is there. In the bedroom, there is also a desk with 2 additional screens to work in home office, everything can be used if needed. The balcony is rather quiet and a cool place to hang out.

I am never using the TV, so I also have no normal public TV signal, but it is usable with the fire tv stick (Netflix and so on) if you have your own account. You can also connect your Laptop for sure.

No pets are allowed. No smoking inside. No parking lot available.

I expect a clean, tidy and respectful person. Please let me know why you want to rent the flat and which dates would fit for you to also finalise the costs. A deposit of 1'200CHF will be required as part of the contract.

The rent for the total duration would be 4'450CHF.
In addition, I'd need:
\- Copy of ID
\- Proof of personal liability insurance
\- Probably extract from the debt collection register

If you prefer the bedroom locked to pay also less for the rent, lets talk.

Hallo zusammen
Meine Wohnung ist vom 01.04.26 - 07.06.26 zu vermieten aufgrund von Ferien.
Sie befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (5 Min.) zum Bahnhof Oerlikon, d.h. man ist sehr gut angebunden.

Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, einschließlich WLAN, Küchenutensilien und so weiter. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 1,40x2,00 m großen Bett mit einer Matratzenauflage (Topper) ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und alles andere ist vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es auch einen Schreibtisch mit zwei zusätzlichen Bildschirmen für die Arbeit im Homeoffice, die du bei Bedarf nutzen kannst. Der Balkon ist recht ruhig und ein cooler Ort zum Entspannen.

Ich benutze den Fernseher nie, ich habe auch kein normales öffentliches Fernsehsignal, es ist aber mit dem Fire TV Stick nutzbar (Netflix und so weiter), wenn man einen eigenen Account hat. Natürlich kann auch der Laptop angeschlossen werden.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt. Ein Parkplatz ist nicht vorhanden.

Ich erwarte eine saubere, ordentliche und respektvolle Person. Bitte teile mir mit, warum du die Wohnung mieten möchtest und welcher Zeitraum für dich passen würden, um auch den Mietpreis entsprechend festzusetzen. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 1'200CHF wird als Teil des Vertrages verlangt.

Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 4'450CHF.

Außerdem benötige ich:
\- Kopie des Personalausweises
\- Nachweis der Privathaftpflichtversicherung
\- Ggf. einen Auszug aus dem Betreibungsregister

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Sofa als Schlafcouch zu verwenden und dafür das Schlafzimmer nicht mitzumieten. Falls das interessanter für ist, lass uns drüber sprechen.
