Sie liegt in toller Lage, gleich neben dem schönen Rieterpark und nicht weit entfernt vom See und der Sihl.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, mit zwei grossen Fenstern. Zur Studiowohnung gehört eine voll ausgestattete Kochnische, die praktischerweise durch einen Tresen vom restlichen Raum getrennt wird. Zudem gibt es ein separates Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Steinboden. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet, und neben den Möbeln gibt es noch einen grossen Einbauschrank für Kleider etc. sowie einen kleinen Eingangsbereich als Stauraum und für Schuhe o.ä.
Die Wohnung steht ab dem 01.04.26 für den gesamten April zur Verfügung, mit der Option auf Verlängerung um weitere 1-2 Monate.
Keine Raucher, keine Haustiere.
Im Preis sind die Miete und alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet) inbegriffen. Die Kaution beträgt 1 Monatsmiete.
Bei Interesse meldet euch gerne mit einem kurzen Vorstellungstext bei mir, wer ihr seid und was ihr so privat und beruflich macht.
Anfragen ohne Vorstellung werden nicht berücksichtigt.

It is located in a great area, right next to the beautiful Rieterpark and not far from the lake and the Sihl river.
The apartment is very bright, with two large windows. The studio apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, which is conveniently separated from the rest of the room by a counter. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and stone floor. The apartment is fully furnished, and in addition to the furniture, there is a large built-in wardrobe for clothes, etc., as well as a small entrance area for storage and shoes or similar items.
The apartment is available from the 01.04.26 for all of April, with the option to eventually extend for additional 1-2 months.
No smokers, no pets.
The price includes rent and all utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet). The security deposit is 1 months' rent.
If you are interested, please send me a short introduction about yourself, including who you are and what you do personally and professionally.
Applications without a little introduction will not be considered.
