**Über die Wohnung**
Ich vermiete meine geliebte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Kreis 7 für mindestens 6 Monate (oder länger nach Absprache). Wenn du Altbau-Charme liebst und keine Lust auf mühsames Möbelschleppen hast, bist du hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, du musst eigentlich nur mit deinem Koffer einziehen. **Die Lage**
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und doch mitten im Grünen:



* **Stadtnah:** Von der Station Kirche Fluntern bist du mit dem Tram 6 und 8 blitzschnell im Zentrum. Zudem gibt es eine Busstation direkt vor dem Haus.
* **Life-Saver:** Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Beste: Die Migros hat sogar am Sonntag geöffnet, falls der Kühlschrank mal leer ist.
* **Natur pur:** Wenn du den Kopf lüften willst, bist du in wenigen Minuten im Wald, am Zürichberg oder beim Zoo. Perfekt zum Joggen oder für Spaziergänge.

I am renting out my beloved 3-room apartment in District 7 for at least 6 months (longer durations possible by arrangement). If you love "Altbau" charm and don't want the hassle of moving furniture, this is the place for you. The apartment is fully furnished, you basically just need to move in with your suitcase. The apartment is centrally located yet very close to nature:



* **City Access:** From the Kirche Fluntern station, trams 6 and 8 take you to the city center in no time. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house.
* **Life-Saver:** Several shopping options are within quick walking distance. The Migros is even open on Sundays, just in case your fridge is empty.
* **Nature at your doorstep:** If you need to clear your head, you're just a few minutes away from the forest, Zürichberg, or the Zoo. Perfect for jogging or long walks.
