Je sous-loue / loue ma chambre dans notre colocation au Chemin de Montétan 11 à Lausanne.
La chambre fait environ 14 m². Elle est lumineuse et cosy, avec une grande fenêtre et un très beau parquet ancien en bois, qui donne beaucoup de charme à la pièce. L’espace est bien agencé : personnellement, j’y avais un lit, un canapé et une penderie, et la chambre restait très agréable à vivre. Le lit ainsi qu’un ou deux autres meubles peuvent rester, donc il n’est pas nécessaire d’arriver avec tout. En plus, la personne qui emménage aura aussi accès à un grand placard intégré dans le couloir, très pratique pour du rangement supplémentaire.
L’appartement se trouve dans une belle villa ancienne avec beaucoup de caractère. Les espaces communs comprennent une grande cuisine, une salle de bain, une terrasse ainsi qu’un accès à un joli jardin — parfait pour prendre un café dehors, profiter du soleil ou passer du temps avec les colocataires.
L’emplacement est vraiment pratique. L’appartement se situe à Montétan, un quartier agréable, calme et très bien connecté de Lausanne. Il y a des supermarchés, cafés, bars et petits commerces juste à côté, et les transports publics sont très proches. Le centre-ville est accessible en environ 10–15 minutes à pied, et l’UNIL / EPFL sont aussi faciles à rejoindre — environ 15 minutes à vélo ou 25 minutes en transports publics.
Actuellement, la colocation est composée de quatre colocataires au début / milieu de la vingtaine, tous étudiants à Lausanne. Cependant, deux colocataires déménagent fin juin, et un autre fin juillet. La colocation va donc en quelque sorte se reformer pendant l’été, avec l’opportunité de créer une nouvelle ambiance ensemble.
Nous sommes assez flexibles et ouverts à différentes options. Les sous-locataires sont les bienvenus, tout comme les personnes qui cherchent quelque chose de plus long terme. Comme d’autres chambres pourraient se libérer à partir de juillet, cela peut aussi être intéressant si vous n’êtes pas la seule personne à chercher

I am renting out my room in our shared flat at Chemin de Montétan 11 in Lausanne.
The room is around 14 m², bright and cosy, with a big window and a beautiful old wooden floor. It has a lot of charm and the layout works surprisingly well — I had a bed, a couch and a clothes rack in there and it still felt comfortable. The bed and one or two other pieces of furniture can stay, so you would not have to move in completely empty-handed. You would also have access to a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway, which gives you plenty of extra storage space.
The flat itself is in a beautiful old villa with a lot of character. There is a spacious shared kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and access to a lovely garden — perfect for having coffee outside, chilling in the sun or spending time with the flatmates.
The location is super convenient. The flat is in Montétan, a relaxed and well-connected area of Lausanne. Supermarkets, cafés, bars and small shops are close by, and public transport is just around the corner. You can walk to the city centre in around 10–15 minutes, and UNIL/EPFL are easy to reach as well — around 15 minutes by bike or about 25 minutes by public transport.
At the moment, the flat is shared by four flatmates in their early to mid-twenties, all studying in Lausanne. However, two flatmates are moving out at the end of June, and another one at the end of July. So the WG will basically have a fresh start over the summer, with the chance to shape the atmosphere together.
We are quite flexible and open to different setups. Both subtenants and people looking for something more long-term are very welcome. Since more rooms may become available from July onwards, it could also work well if you are not the only one looking for a place.
We are mainly looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, easy-going and happy to live in a nice shared-flat atmosphere.
