Hallo zusammen! Ab dem 1. Juli 2026 (Datum flexibel) wird mein Zimmer in einer WG in Bümpliz Nord frei – zusammen mit einer super netten Mitbewohnerin.

Die Wohnung: Moderne, helle, gut ausgestattete 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem grossen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche (perfekt für Plaudereien beim Kochen – oder beim So-tun-als-ob ??) und einem Bad. Dazu gibt’s noch ein Kellerabteil, einen gut ausgestatteten Gemeinschafts-Waschraum und eine schöne Dachterrasse für alle Hausbewohner ??

Zimmer & Möbel: Das freie Zimmer ist 14 m² gross. Sowohl mein Zimmer als auch die Gemeinschaftsräume bleiben komplett möbliert – Koffer bringen reicht! Der Preis für die Möbel kann privat besprochen werden.

Lage: Mega praktisch:
* Weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Bümpliz Nord (6 Minuten bis Bern HB)
* 5 Minuten zur Tramhaltestelle Säge
* Migros direkt unten im Haus, weitere Migros und Coop in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar

Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin: Sie ist 26, kommt aus dem Tessin, ist offen, herzlich und gerade dabei, ihr Studium abzuschliessen, bevor sie in Bern zu arbeiten beginnt. Gesucht wird idealerweise jemand mit WG-Erfahrung, der/die ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben schätzt.

Kosten: Miete beträgt 810 CHF/Monat (+ 20 CHF/Monat für Internet, nach Absprache), Nebenkosten kommen alle drei Monate dazu. Du übernimmst meinen Platz im Vertrag und bildest ein neues WG-Dreamteam mit deiner Mitbewohnerin!

Hi there! From July 1st 2026 (flexible date), I’m freeing up my room in a shared flat with a lovely girl in Bümpliz Nord.

The flat: It’s a bright, modern and well-equipped 3-room apartment with two bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen (perfect for chatting while cooking), and a bathroom. We also have a cellar, a well-equipped shared laundry room, and a beautiful rooftop shared with the rest of the building ??

The room & furniture: The available room is 14m². Both my room and the common areas will be left fully furnished — just bring your suitcase and you’re good to go! The price for the furniture can be discussed privately.

The location: Super convenient:
* Less than 5 minutes on foot to Bümpliz Nord station (6 minutes by train to Bern city center)
* 5 minutes walk to the Säge tram stop
* Migros literally downstairs, plus more Migros and Coop within a 10-minute walk

Who you’ll be living with? My roommate is a 26-year-old girl from Tessin, sunny and sociable, currently finishing her studies and about to start working in Bern. We’re ideally looking for someone with some shared-living experience, who enjoys a respectful and relaxed home.

Costs: Rent is 810 CHF/month (+ 20 CHF/month for internet, to sort out with the roommate), plus additional utilities every three months. You’ll be taking over my spot on the lease and teaming up with my roommate!
