Gesucht wird ein eher ruhiger und selbständiger WG-Mitbewohner für eine 2er-WG.
Dein neues privates Reich bietet ein Zimmer mit 15qm, ein eigenes kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und deinen eigenen Gartensitzplatz.

Die Wohnung selber lässt keine Wünsche offen:
Bodenheizung
Eigene Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung.
Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler und Backofen.
10-Gbit-Internet zur Mitbenutzung
Grosser Garten (Grill für BBQ-Sessions wird noch angeschafft)

Und jetzt kurz zu mir: Ich bin 33 Jahre alt und arbeite als Mechaniker. Ab September beginne ich mein 3-jähriges berufsbegleitendes Studium. Ich bin leidenschaftlicher Sportschütze und verbringe meine Freizeit unter anderem mit Sport und Kochen (vorzugsweise auf dem Grill).

Was das Zusammenleben angeht, betrachte ich mich als unkompliziert und bin ein Freund von leben und leben lassen. Dass der Haushalt funktionieren muss und Ordnung herrscht, halte ich für selbstverständlich, zumindest in den gemeinsamen Bereichen.

Auch etwas Besuch darf gerne mal sein, der Garten muss auch genutzt werden. Hier gilt es jedoch, die Mitte zu finden, da mir mein sicherer Hafen wichtig ist.

Ob Student oder berufstätig, spielt keine Rolle. Wenn du Interesse hast oder noch Fragen offen sind, einfach melden.

Vorzugsweise in ganzen Sätzen, dann können wir uns austauschen und sehen, ob es passt.
Ich will keine reine Zweck-WG, mir ist es wichtig das auch du dich hier wohlfühlen kannst.

I am looking for a rather calm and independent flatmate for a shared 2-person apartment.

Your new private space includes a 15 m² room, your own small bathroom with shower and toilet, and your own private garden seating area.

And now a little about me: I’m 33 years old and work as a mechanic. Starting in September, I’ll begin a 3-year part-time degree program alongside work. I’m a passionate sport shooter and spend my free time doing sports and cooking (preferably on the grill).

As for shared living, I’d describe myself as easygoing and a believer in “live and let live.” I do, however, consider it essential that the household functions well and that common areas are kept clean and tidy.

Visitors are welcome from time to time, and the garden should definitely be used. That said, it’s important to find a healthy balance, as my home is also my safe haven.
