**2 Zimmer in freistehendem Haus zu vermieten, Mitbewohner/in gesucht**

Ich suche jemanden, der in mein Haus einzieht und vielleicht auch ein bisschen in meinen Alltag passt.

**Das Haus**
Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb, ländlich, ruhig, mit Platz zum Durchatmen. Du bekommst 2 eigene Zimmer, ich habe ebenfalls 2 Zimmer für mich. Gemeinsam genutzt werden Küche, Wohnzimmer, Estrich, Keller, Waschbereich, Garage und Sitzplatz. In einer Ecke der Garage befindet sich ein kleines Homegym, das du gerne mitnutzen kannst.

**Lage und Anbindung**
Das Haus ist ländlich gelegen. Wer die Stadt trotzdem schnell erreichen will: Mit dem Tram ist man in rund 20 Minuten am Bahnhof Zürich Stadelhofen. Die Tramhaltestelle ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

**Zu mir**
Ich bin 34, extrovertiert, vielseitig interessiert und treibe viel Sport: Kampfsport, Krav Maga, Krafttraining und Akrobatik. Ich bin oft bei meiner Freundin und deshalb regelmässig mehrere Tage am Stück nicht zuhause, das Haus gehört dann ganz dir. Meine Freundin zieht nicht ein, sie bevorzugt das städtischere Leben. Wer einzieht, kann also langfristig planen. Ausserdem bin ich Vater. Mein vierjähriger Sohn ist ab und zu bei mir und geht hier ein und aus. Er ist ein ruhiges und angenehmes Kind, wer kein Problem damit hat, ist herzlich willkommen.

**Was ich mir wünsche**
Ich wünsche mir jemanden, mit dem mit der Zeit eine echte Freundschaft entstehen kann. Nicht einfach zwei Leute, die sich die Räume teilen und ansonsten aneinander vorbeileben. Ab und zu ein Bier trinken und über Gott und die Welt reden, ohne Druck und ohne Erwartungen, dass das jeden Abend so ist. Jeder lebt sein eigenes Leben und das ist gut so.

**2 Rooms in a Detached House to Rent, Housemate Wanted**

I'm looking for someone to move into my house and maybe fit into my life a little bit too.

**The House**
The house is situated a bit outside the city, rural, quiet, with plenty of space to breathe. You get 2 rooms of your own, I also have 2 rooms for myself. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, attic, basement, laundry area, garage and outdoor seating area. One corner of the garage is set up as a small home gym, which you're welcome to use.

**Location and Transport**
The house is rurally located. For those who still want quick access to the city: the tram gets you to Zürich Stadelhofen station in around 20 minutes, and the tram stop is just a few minutes walk away.

**About Me**
I'm 34, extroverted, and have a wide range of interests. I do a lot of sport: martial arts, Krav Maga, strength training and acrobatics. I spend a lot of time at my girlfriend's place, so I'm often away for several days at a time and the house is all yours. My girlfriend won't be moving in as she prefers city life, so whoever moves in can plan for the long term. I'm also a dad. My four year old son stays with me part time and comes and goes occasionally. He's a calm and easy going kid, and anyone who is fine with that is very welcome here.

**What I'm Looking For**
I'm looking for someone with whom a genuine friendship can develop over time. Not just two people sharing rooms while living past each other. Share a beer occasionally, talk about life, without pressure or expectations that this happens every evening. Everyone has their own life and that's exactly how it should be.
