Hallo! :) Ich studiere ab September an der UZH und ziehe dafür nach Zürich. Weil ich das Zimmer jetzt habe, suche ich für den Juni eine Untermiete.
- Voraussetzung: weiblich und Nichtraucherin, keine Haustiere erlaubt

Das Zimmer ist eines von drei Zimmern in einer 4.5 Zimmerwohnung (3er-WG) und 12 m2 gross. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Wohnzimmer/Küche ist möbliert (Sofa, TV, Esstisch, Stühle, Geschirr, Pfannen, etc.). Das Zimmer selbst ist auch möbliert. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen grossen, überdachten Balkon, jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Weiter hat die Wohnung zwei separate Badezimmer, davon eines mit Tageslicht. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Tumbler. (Die Wohnung ist im Minergie-Standard, belüftet und gut schallisoliert. Baujahr 2012)
Die WG teilst du mit Mare (22, Psychologiestudentin) und Gerry (40, Softwareingenieur). Sie sind für den Grossteils des Junis nicht da.

The room is one of three rooms in a 4.5-room flat (3-person shared flat) and measures 12 m². The communal living/kitchen area is furnished (sofa, TV, dining table, chairs, crockery, pans, etc.). The room itself is also furnished. The flat has a large, covered balcony, and each room has its own access to the balcony. The flat also has two separate bathrooms, one of which has natural light. There are washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement. (The flat meets the Minergie standard, is well-ventilated and soundproofed. Built in 2012)
You’ll be sharing the flat with Mare (22, psychology student) and Gerry (40, software engineer). They won’t be there for most of June.
